What is Global Warming?
Well, Global Warming is the increase of Earth's average surface temperature due to effect of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide. The greenhouse gases are then trapped in the Earth’s atmosphere which heat up the Earth. This is a type of greenhouse effect. Since the early 20th century, Earth's mean surface temperature has increased by about 0.8 °C (1.4 °F), with about two-thirds of the increase occurring since 1980.
Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas that can cause global warming, carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels, deforestation and many other ways.
